NYAA Service- June

This month was largely wrapping up the year of service, attending the AGM and seeing what we could change for next years service group so that we were ready as the leadership team to pass it onwards. This was quite an important month, as we conducted multiple SWOT analyses to identify all of our strengths and opportunities so we knew what went well, along with weaknesses and threats to make sure we were ready for next year and we wouldn’t repeat the same mistakes. COVID was a large factor to consider this year and therefore we had to reconsider multiple different things to make sure we were still able to make the sessions as engaging as possible. The AGM was an opportunity to learn from other services about what challenges they faced and see how they went about those obstacles so that we could use ideas form them as well to bette our service. Last session we said bye to our members and then wrapped up things with the centre, trying to receive some feedback to improve on for the next academic year.
