Balance is what I think is really important for me right now. Having to balance multiple things such as Culturama and workload, I feel that managing my stress and reflecting upon my strengths and weaknesses is so essential. CAS has been really enjoyable so far and I definitely see the benefits of reflecting throughout my progress as I am able to gain a better understanding of myself and thus be on a better track moving forwards.
