In IFP I have continued to learn about the importance of collaboration and communication between team members to be able to achieve our goals. During one simulation, we learned about how different governments might work, we realized that having good intentions of building peace is not always enough to bring about the said peace. Understanding the reasons why people think a certain way and appealing to them in a calm and convincing way is something that is important as well. To find solutions it takes not just one but many team members.
