It’s easiest to condense this down into bullet points, for this process has been a long one. Long story short:

• Our group went from 5 girls back down to 4. I am more comfortable with my current group and am very happy with the dynamics within it. It has tested our communication and teamwork skills, right from the very beginning up to where we are now with the planning process, 80% complete.
