Find a suitable practice place, in a free location at home or outdoors. Don’t have fragile things around, if you can practice next to the bed, so you don’t bend over to pick up the ball every time. 3. Start with a ball. Throw from one hand to the other and feel the weight of the ball. When throwing the ball, do not move your big arm. The forearm should be an arc with the elbow as the center. The height of the ball should be about the same as the height of the head. It is best not to be too high.
4. Start practicing with two balls: hold a ball in each hand, start with the right hand first, when you throw the first ball to the highest point, start to throw the second ball with your left hand, and then catch the two balls separately.
5. Then start practicing with three balls: hold one ball in your left hand and two balls in your right hand. At the beginning, throw the first ball in your right hand, just like you throw two balls, when the first ball reaches the highest point At that time, start throwing the second ball of your left hand. When your second ball reaches the highest point, start throwing the third ball of your right hand, and then catch the three balls. Remember that the order is right-left-right rhythm. It is done once, if it is done well, you can switch to starting with the left hand.
