Honesty is more important (ISA test 2019 Feb)

I just did the first day of my ISA results and I experienced something that tells me, again. That honesty is more important even if not doing so can give you an advantage.

On the first day, we had two mathematical assessment and one writing task and we had a break in between them after we finished the first part, we all had a chat of the questions. However, some people (like the person sitting next to me), she actually edited the questions which she got wrong but she got told the answer so she went back and corrected those, and we were not allowed to do that. That is not academically-honest and even if that person got a good mark it is not “pure”, I believe that honesty is more important.

Later in the day, I told her this incident but she actually said that she did so and I was surprised, she knew and she did it, I told her not to do it again, she might realize the importance of honesty and she said that she wouldn’t do it again.
