When I’m working with others I value that everyone’s idea is heard and that we work well together — collaboratively, working equally to maintain enough effort from each person as well as to compromise when necessary in order to achieve a task.

The #1 thing you can do to support me best when we work together is to be patient and encourage me to put my thoughts in when needed.

What people sometimes misunderstand about me when we are teamed up together is that I’m not open to others’ ideas, which I am but also if I’m very punctual, wanting things to be done quickly to try and finish what needs to be done.

I think of myself as more of an extrovert in group work, you may notice I won’t try to overstep others’ opinions/ideas and I also think that it’s important to collaborate well and be open to everyone’s ideas. Please remember I prefer that there’s equal share of work divided among the group.
