Running Hour: Reflection

LO1-Identify their own strengths​ ​and develop areas for growth

In our first session of Running Hour, we shadowed some guides and got to know some people who regularly engaged in the activity on Thursday evenings. Personally, I got to meet some new people and it was exhilarating.

We started off by running around the circuit in laps and then doing some basic bodyweight, floor workouts. Other than the fact that we were physically developing skills, I was able to also interact with new people and make some new relations.

For our next session, I hope to continue getting to know more people there, as well as maintain connections with those I met during my first session. Something I would like to improve on would be that I want to move to a different group (groups are divided into the speed of running) in order to get to know different people.
