My experience in CAS has been good so far. Physically, I feel more healthy and fit as I have more motivation to train for badminton. Though, even without CAS, I would have also possibly got as far as I got with CAS. It is just like another motivation to get things done. Although I feel more physically strong or healthy, I also injured myself multiple times. Right now, I am healing from a sprained ankle that I got from training. I wasn’t able to train for a while and when I got back after a few weeks, I felt really weak in comparison to before. Mentally, I needed to be strong in order to succeed in this sports season. My mental well being probably improved as I become more and more optimistic.
