Towards the end, in a group of 5 and 6 we had discussed what we had done for our assessment.I would like to discuss about the hospitals attempting to do Gay conversation which is basically giving emotional threats to transgender people in an attempt turn them from homosexual to heterosexual.Understanding what a perspectives has helped me understand the different elements of that helps me craft my way into this issue.Local perspectives is something that is driven and focused specifically to that topic but global has more perspectives to a more wider and broader area of the topic.I personally think that having to convert transgender people is fairly wrong and it not giving a voice in the people. And that it is not ethically and morally fair for people as they have no freedom of speech.

There are a lot of thing that I value when working with other people, the most basics things I value is teamwork and collaboration.Without these two factors, there is nothing to build a group of people’s strength up and work on the same goal or target.I also very much value on communication because this is what helps us share and explore each other’s ideas. We must also learn to respect each other in order certain targets together as a team.
The #1 thing you can do to support when working in a team is give everyone a chance to share their ideas and give everyone equal responsibility of work.
When it comes to tech, I am fairly good at navigating my way to edit stuff and making videos at movie maker. But I need to improve at adding certain features when creating things on complicated programs and so I need to work on my programming skills.
Sometimes I feel that people misunderstand me by saying I do not do enough work when in reality I ma doing as much as everyone does so that is something when working in a team.
I am extroverted and I am always open to the idea of working in teams to get a certain and similar target.

Deborah Emmanuel
Today we had the beautiful delight to listening to the talk of a successful Singaporean poet who had an unfortunate backstory with her and what had brought her to being a poet to this day.Deborah was truly an inspiration for me as she taught me not to give on anything and just continue to walk straight on the right path and in time we shall become who we want to be despite the situation or whatever obstacles that may stand in our path.Deborah showed us how poetry can be used to portray emotions and tell us a story. With Deborah telling us how she grew up and how she described her family to be broken and that she implied love to be a waste of time, I felt that growing up in an environment as a child impacts they way you deal with you life later on when you grow up.Towards the end of the talk, it left me wondering “do people believe in second chances and are we as humans willing to start over?” and that is what happened with Deborah when she was finally open to love again and was willing to try it even after what she had witnessed as a child.
Deborah Emmanuel
Today we had a mind blowing speaker called Deborah Emmanuel who was an amazing inspiration to everyone. It was with this talk that I found out how to immerse myself deeply with poetry and how writing about it with reflections of my daily life.Deborah Emmanuel is a Singaporean poet who has dealt with a rough life because as she describes, her family was broken she felt that she could never invest time in a relationship and that it was just a waste of time. She writes her poems based off her emotions and real life provoking experiences which leaves me think what a powerful and though provoking way that is to think about certain choices we have to make sometimes.Since Deborah did poetry ever since she was a child is why she chose to continue her passion in the first place.Meeting Deborah in person taught me and helped me understand that what ever a person should do to overcome certain obstacles and challenges and we can help ourselves by immersing our thoughts by doing something we love. What left me wondering at the end is, do you believe in second chances?
Robyne Hayes
Personally, I think that Robyne Hayes was a very engaging speaker who was considered an inspiration for all the younger generation. When Ms Hayes took her job, she knew her purpose like none other and she had a personal connection with doing her duty which as we know is helping stop child marriage as it not very ethical or moral in the society. We were told how strong an image can be and what story it can represent.I liked how she had very much insight and she knew specifically what she was doing.Ms Hayes using her remarkable skills on photography to her advantage for her research in solving these social dilemmas and how this passion had endured for a long time but did not really click until a late age.Ms Hayes was once a teacher in a school and she had a job switch to photography.Ms Hayes had many reasons as to why child marriage was taking place in the world, some of those reason were because these families were living under conditions of a lower developed country, lack of education and resources as well as no hunger could ever be fulfilled at time when it was a lot more difficult for the family. What left me wondering was if images could just re plot a story and not stick to the original side of it.We then will be able to explore our perspectives a lot deeper.
Chetan Bhagat’s Talk
To start off with, Chetan Bhagat was by far one of the most entertaining and engaging speaker I have heard from.At first, I honestly though Mr Bhagat was just going to tell us how he wrote his books and what writing techniques he was using to make all of his books bestsellers. At first I really liked how Mr Bhagat decided to connect with his audience and for a relationship with entertainment which is how he then transitioned onto the serious note.I liked how he told us about his life and how he had his career change from a banker to a journalist.I liked hearing his stories and told us how to achieve dreams.I also enjoyed the question session at the end as Mr Bhagat always knew how to keep the attention of his audience towards him at all time.Thanking him for giving us tips for success and how to achieve long term goals than compared to short term goals. And how is his final goal is to get all the Indians influenced by his work and how he is striving to do that with one small step at a time. Finally, I am also thankful for the photo session at the last.
Steve Dawson’s Talk Reflection
We got to meet the man himself,Steve Dawson.Mr Dawson was a very engaging speaker who had made his session attractive to his audience.Mr Dawson give us the useful 6 tips a journalist or interviewer when having a lively conversation with a person. These tips helped us as we could relate it back to how we interact with people when question are given.Reflecting back to what Mr Dawson said that we should be able respect our interviewee as if it if our role model and after that we must always remember to respect ourselves out in the real world.Mr Dawson is a man who has made success through his life through the thick decisions.Mr Dawson seems like a fun and entertaining person who can give you life advice to the fullest. In the end, I learned more about journalism and what it means to travel the world and learn about the different people.Although I still do have some questions in mind. Some of them are “Who has made the most impact of your career” and “During a interview, do you take into consideration the different perspectives the interviewee might have?”
