Even though none of my services or activities are in connection with equality, I’m well aware of the importance of this issue.

For me, maybe one of the most important aspects is how women have less positions in higher leadership roles at any businesses.  Even female doctors have less chance to get a job, just because they are female. I find it bad. Really really bad.

But I’m happy to see that there are good examples. Businesses, just like our school, which only look at their future employees qualifications and experience and not their gender. There is hope for the future!

But we must stand up when see, when face discrimination, and fight for women’s rights, if not in service groups, then at least in our everyday lives.
