Being born and raised from a country (Fiji) that is affected by climate change,I’m super happy to be the chair of the sustainable committee in the boarding house and make people aware that it’s time to take action become climate change is happening.My strength is having variety of skills that I learnt from different experiences.
It will be challenging to lead a group as I have the pressure to be perfect all the time towards sustainable action. However, this help me to become more strong in decision-making.
Being part of the sustainability committee in the boarding house, I develop different skills from amazing people within the committee eg I learnt to be patient.In addition, in the committee there is lot of different perspectives on things and as a result conflicts may arise so I applied my skills that I learnt from IFP to solve that kind of problems.
