18 behaviours of emotionally intelligent people

3 characteristics I want to improve:

  1. You don’t seek perfection: I’m quite the perfectionistic person when it comes to order and how things should run. I sometimes struggle with seeing other peoples emotions and know my own,  in a process because I’m too focused on the end result is perfect.
  2. You disconnect: When I deal with something I can’t just turn it off when I am home, I have to learn how to distance myself from issues that I can’t change at that moment.
  3. You embrace change: Straight up, I’m not comfortable with my environment changing.  Coming to Singapore was a big change for me so I’m trying my best to get used to change.
