Week 1:

Week 2:

30-minute walk – Walking to different bus stops around my area

Week 3:

30-minute walk – Walking to different bus stops around my area

This week, I decided that since school has finished, I would start doing my regular workouts as I have a lot more time on my hands. Today I decided to go for a short run for 30 mins, that burned 200 calories for 3km.

Total: 30 Minutes

 

Week 4:

30-minute walk – Walking to different bus stops around my area

Today I tried to do a similar workout that I had done the last day to continue to work on my fitness through the Summer, I didn’t want to lag behind and put at risk my fitness level so I have decided to try and do this workout every 2 days.

Total: 30 Minutes

 

 

I tried to do another one of my workouts but this time I took it slow with just walking for a slightly longer duration of time. I think this worked slightly better for me this time because I wasn’t pushing myself too hard and it was good excersize after I had gotten very little in the summer.
