Yoga and meditation

Since the pandemic occurred, It does not stop me from doing my routine of exercising. I still continue doing a lot of workouts in the boarding house with the equipment that we have and I enjoyed it a lot. I think exercising is very important for our bodies and it makes me more active because my brain will work faster. It also makes me drink a lot more water because I sweat and that is a very good thing. Even though sometimes I feel that I have so much work to do but I try not to stop myself from doing workouts. I think I am now very into exercising that I cannot stop anymore. Yoga has helped me so much to bend and make my body more flexible to be prepared for the tough workouts that I will be doing in the future after what I am doing right now. #LO2
