Yoga and meditation

What are my thoughts on this activity and what did I gain from this

First of all, it was quite a short period of time since there is a pandemic that stopped us from continuing to do this activity. I enjoyed the sessions a lot and everything was really fun and happy. I loved out sessions because it got my head out of all works and stress that I had after school. I got time during the session to relax and pull myself together. I feel that I became calmer after the session and this is because I tried to do my best. From my perspective, yoga has always been very beneficial and useful since my mom always does at home. Yoga and meditation sessions help me find the right position of my body and I felt more flexible and healthier every time when we finish doing it. #LO1 #LO2
