I have never been co-chair before and partook in the behind-the-scenes of the behind-the-scenes. This refers to planning our meetings where we plan our targets to meet goals. It was a big responsibility and I did not understand how important my role was in the beginning. My co-chair was someone who had previous experience of being chair and she helped me to understand the role. I felt the need to be independent at first but understood the benefits of working with someone who is more knowledgeable that me. We went through many to prepare for the first meeting.
