As co-chair, I learned the importance of the balance in assigning things to others and taking up the role yourself. The committee did not have very many members and so, to different degrees, we had to support each other as much as we could. It was important that everyone felt like they had a responsibility, as they were an integral part to building the project, but also that they upheld their end. (Addresses LO1, LO5)
