This is an activity that I have done with many groups in the past and I was the only one who stayed from the first year I started. It’s a great experience/workout every time. I did not need to attend every session as they went through the basics which I already knew, I had permission to leave, but I wanted to gauge the differences in the group this year. (Addresses LO4)
