Zero Waste Event Service (0-WES)

Who are we?

0-WES is a student-driven college service which strives to promote sustainable living within the school and the local community: to reduce plastic waste for a brighter future. We participate in both local and on-campus events (e.g. Family Festival, GCs, Pasir Ris Fair) to promote recycling, reduce waste, raise awareness, and to educate people about environmental issues. Our service group achieves these goals mainly by providing leasing services, alongside composting and litter collection. Nonetheless, we are in cooperation with the NGO Buddha Tzu Chi, who has been supporting us for the past three years.
