Learning Outcome 1
This isn’t my first year joining Surfaid so I have some previous experience in the service. However, this is my first year having a leadership position. Already the chair of Surfaid and I have worked together to create a website for service so I’m not coming into this year as a complete newbie. Furthermore, through creating that website I realized that something I am content with is my graphic design skills. Though the website is very basic. I think I fulfilled the expectations my teachers and peers have of me. Something I can maybe work on is being more vocal. On our zoom meetings, I was really quiet and didn’t contribute much. This year I aim to raise my hand up more and talk to more people.
