In pottery, I have gotten the opportunity to explore different styles of pottery making, including experimenting with plaiting strips of clay together and using a mould to shape multiple plaits into a bowl shape. This didn’t work, it kept breaking once it dried. One thing that is quite challenging about pottery is getting the ideas for a project or a design, and figuring out how it works. One thing I’ve learnt while being in this activity is that pottery is mainly about trying, making errors, learning from it and trying again.
