2019 Spartan Season

Spartan 2019 has been an awesome year for me:

I participated in 5 races through the year, 2 beasts (21km, 30obst), 2 sprints (5km, 20 obst) and a super (13km, 25 obst)

I achieved 5 podiums within my age group (M14-17)- backing 2 golds, 2 bronze & a silver.

Completing a trifecta (unfortunately missing out on a double), I was able to qualify for the APAC championships in 2020, and the 2020 trifecta world championships. However, this world championships is age restricted to 18 & up.

In the 2020 season, through either the S.E.A regional series or 2020 APAC championships, I hope to be able to qualify for the real Spartan World Championships in my age group (M14-17) which is being hosted in Dubai and would suit training in Singapore very well due to the heated climate.

I am wondering if the qualifying events and world championships will run, as so far in 2020 I have competed in a mere 2 races, with 10 being cancelled or postponed further due to COVID-19

Swimming-2018/2019

I have had a tremendous 2 years in swimming, with lots of broken PB’s and cutting down those seconds in the pool. I trained a hell of a lot, up to 12 total sessions a week, with 7 sessions in the pool every single week, without fail. At the moment, I am out of the pool and training mainly running, gym and biking (for spartan W.champs), and rehabilitating my shoulder as I have over time injured myself swimming so much. I am hoping to continue my training in and be able to qualify for Singapore National Age Group Championships in 2021 (SNAGS52).

Below are some pictures from the season.
