Healthy Living December Reflection

After completing 4 months of my healthy living for NYAA, I realised how I have been progressing in my basketball skills. The main things I’ve noticed every session is how the drills we do during training correlate to the games we would hopefully be playing in the future, and the plays that we must learn for games are highly important to winning the games. The consistent practice I got from the U19 team ensured that I stayed fit and in good shape, and helped me to increase my stamina aswell. As it was also my first time playing with other team members who were 3-4 years older than me, I got to improve my skills by watching them and learning tips from what they do. All the skills we practice came in handy during the Dover match, which was the main place I got to see how I had improved.
