I think it would be a little hard at first to shift to eating more healthy foods. This is only because I wouldn’t be used to it and it means I will have to minimise consuming my favourite snacks. However, I think, over time, it will get easier. I think that eating healthier foods is a good idea and that everyone should at least try and eat healthy foods everyday. It won’t be easy, but it means your taking better care of your body.
