Everyone is unique: My Thinking Behind Personality Types

Everyone is unique. Everyone has a different personality type and with those different personality types brings on strengths and weaknesses. For example, competitiveness could be a strength as it motivates a person to achieve more, however, it can also be a weakness as that person may not be self-aware of how their actions impact others. This unit in Personal Social Education (PSE) deals with how to collaborate with such a diverse community with various strengths and weaknesses and learning how to take advantage of this to create a stronger and more united community. This is not only applicable to UWC but the skill of learning how to communicate effectively with others can be transferred to university, and in the workplace.
