Some advice for my future self – science class

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been adapting to the new environment. From learning how to answer questions in tests, to how to communicate to peers and teachers. Some things I’ve learned and want to remember in the future are…

  • State the obvious: To get full marks in tests, you must state the obvious first.
  • Use words that you’ve learned: In tests there is a specific criteria, so you should use the vocab you’ve learned already as it’s more likley to get it right.
  • Talk more in class: Talking in class will help you gain a better understanding and teaches you to be more confident.
  • Make sure to understand everything after each class: make sure to do this! Don’t leave it till you have a test.
