For Dpers, we have been assigned a project where we get into pairs and do a challenge for 5 days, then, reflect on our findings through a podcast.
The challenge we decided to take on was: Go screen free for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 5 days.
We have started to plan the project in this doc linked here.
After each day, we will answer two questions:
- What felt ‘normal’ about the challenge today?
- How is the challenge meeting the expectations you had before you started?
To remind myself to record my answers, I put the dates on my calendar.
We will be starting the challenge on Saturday, March 2nd.
