November 2018: Session 2

My goal for this session was to improve my stamina. I reduced the time set aside for rest after every lap. I was able to complete 8 laps of freestyle and 2 laps of back stroke. This exercise also helped me improve my speed.

I was able to achieve the goal, i set for myself, last session. Next session, I would aim to do another lap of back stroke in the same amount of time.
