I did 1.5 laps of backstroke and 4 laps of freestyle. I felt that i was improving my speed and i was also able to achieve my goal of completing 12 laps in total.

Again, i did 2.5 laps of backstroke and 6 laps of freestyle for this session. I felt that this session was also not quite successful as i was unable to improve my stamina.

I did 2.5 laps of backstroke and 6 laps of freestyle for this session. My goal was to improve my stamina. I took shorter breaks between laps but i noticed that i was taking longer to complete the lap.

This session was not very successful for me as i could not achieve my goal. I could only do 6 laps of freestyle and 2 laps of backstroke. This could be due to the fact that i was swimming in a new environment, as this session was during my holidays.

My goal for this session was to cover 10000 steps under 2 hours. I tried to walk at a consistent speed and i did achieve my goal. My target for this session was a great jump from the last one. Next time, i would try and do 12000 steps in 2 hours.
