I did 1.5 laps of backstroke and 4 laps of freestyle. I felt that i was improving my speed and i was also able to achieve my goal of completing 12 laps in total.

January 2019: Session 2
Again, i did 2.5 laps of backstroke and 6 laps of freestyle for this session. I felt that this session was also not quite successful as i was unable to improve my stamina.
