I did 4 laps in this session as it was quite short. I did 2 laps of freestyle and 2 laps of backstroke.

I was not able to do 13 laps in this session, i could only do 12. My goal for the next session would be, to do 13.

I was able to complete 6 laps of freestyle and 6 laps of backstroke in this session. My goal for the next would be to do 1 more lap of freestyle.
