During December, I put into use the techniques I had expanded upon in the previous month and used them to my advantage. In my experience, I had only ever jogged in the gym, however, I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and jog outside. To familiarize myself with the activity, I decided to train running in a familiar environment during December. The familiar environment chosen was the running track a few blocks away from my residence. It was a 400m running track which I took 10 rounds of during each session including moderate breaks for water and stretches in between. I maintained the training duration to be one hour but during some days I felt like pushing the limit and ran for more than an hour. It was during times like this that I felt that I was benefitting from this experience as I found myself testing my limits and breaking past my comfort zone in an aspect of fitness that has been my weakness for a long time.
