Football training restarted this month, meaning that I was able to exercise a lot more compared to when training was off due to COVID. I also have more football training sessions now compared to what I had before COVID so I’m going to have to manage my time with football and work better. We also have a training session dedicated fitness now which can help me not just in football, but with my physical health in general. I think that now though I may not have much time to exercise on my own, going to football training can be more fun and motivating.
