In today’s episode we are joined by two special guests; Ms. Laurie, the Head of faculty of languages in the UWCSEA East High School; and Grade 11 student, Aryan Raj Shekhar, who speaks 4 languages. We discuss the role that language has in our human society, and how this impact one’s understanding, connection and emotion in relation to other cultures. We also pose the question asked by so many students of ‘what if I’m just ‘bad’ at learning languages?’
