Week 1:
I went on a quick workout today to exercise my body which I hadn’t been doing a whole lot since I had started school so that was good to get back to my workouts. I started with a shorter time, 25 minutes and ran for a shorter distance than usual to help get my body back to it before I started overloading myself.

I got into Culturama Japan! This meant that I am going to start doing weekly rehearsals for the dance choreo and do more practise at home. I think this is a great way for me to widen my horizons and try things that I don’t usually do like dancing. It was actually a lot of fun to get involved in a school event like this and be part of a group!

Week 2: I did some more culturama practises at home and rehearsals at school for the choreography that was taught in the week.

Week 3: I did some more culturama practises at home and rehearsals at school for the choreography that was taught in the week. I also went over to a friend’s house to learn the second choreography because starting from next week, I will be learning how to do another dance so we practised together for around an hour to perfect our dances.
Time: 2 Hours 30 Minutes
Week 4:
Starting this week, I have to go for rehearsals on Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays and therefore, I will be spending a lot more time dancing. I also practised longer at home to ensure I had both choreographies set in my head and ready to perfect for following weeks.
I also started cooking healthier meals for myself to ensure I was eating a balanced diet along with the new dancing that I was doing. I made myself healthy nutritious meals.
