I really enjoyed it the previous year as I felt that I really understood and connected with the missions and the goals of the service. I have been chosen to take over logistics with another member, the role of the logistics is mainly to make sure that all the equipment is ready before an event and that the same equipment is collected after the event. I enjoy the people in the service and I enjoy the fact that we don’t have too many people so it makes it more comfortable and we are able to build stronger bonds. Some goals I have for the service and myself is to increase awareness about sustainability around school and in the Tampines community. I feel that the service has helped me grow my communication and collaboration skills, especially when we participate in events – you have to be able to work with people you never have worked with before and at the same time.
