This month, I was also only able to attend one session and we did a six corner drill where we had to practice using all six corners of the court so that we can improve our footwork and increase our speed.

It helped me get used to moving around the court to receive the shuttle, which improved my ability in games against other people.

I won’t be able to attend badminton next month as I have mocks, so I will update late January next. Thank you for reading.
