What (if anything) have you learned in these few lessons?
- I think I learned more about my self and my social strengths and weaknesses.
- I also learned more about the skills you need to have as a person to become more emotionally intelligent.
- Actually most importantly I realized the importance of being emotionally intelligent in life. In terms of both career and social aspects.
- I also clarified the difference between sympathy and empathy and how to appropriately conversate with someone to display that you understand their situation.
How can this benefit you?
- I think this definitely proves to be useful in developing social skills and being able to connect with others better
- It also helps strengthen relationships and improve likeability
- It teaches you the importance of others and helps recognize selfish tendencies that we have.
How can you be more emotionally intelligent in your own life?
- I think I can put in more effort into actively listening to others
- I can also improve my ability to be more mindful of others and their feelings and thoughts
- Sometimes I do think I am a bit negative and harsh on myself and my failures and so I hope to improve in Positive self-talk as well.
