Challenges in CAS:

• Working with returning students that all know each other
• Finding creative activities to do with the people in my service
• Finding the balance between studying and CAS

Solutions:

• Thinking outside the box and sharing ideas with my teammates to find the most suitable ideas
• Organising my time so I have time to put effort in my CAS and still do well in my studies
