In this reflection, I am going to discuss the impact my service has on the community. In my service, we are playing active games such as bowling, basketball, and others with the AMK MINDS clients in order to keep them active after a long day of sitting. This is linked to the issue of arts, creativity, and imagination. We use a lot of creativity in planning the activity that will suit our patients best.  Moving around is very important for our body and especially for our clients that sometimes find it difficult to move around, playing the games helps them do it in a fun way and ensures improving their health and well being. In addition, we also form relationships with people we are usually not in contact with, and in that way help them with their communication skills and exposes us to new experiences.
