Healthy Living: September 2022

This month I managed to run 8km, but I have had to make myself walk at certain points on the running path I take. My knees have started to hurt sometimes while I am running, which is what happened on this session. I suspected that it was because I tended to run up and down sharp inclines, so on the way back, I had to force myself to walk instead of run at those inclines. Going forward, I am going to have to continue walking whenever I encounter sharp inclines, just so that my knees do not become in too much pain.
