Tell us about a time you experienced worry, stress or anxiety. Describe how it affected you and how you tried to cope with it?

A time I experience both worry and stress was the build up to the IGCSE exams for grade 10. I found the exams to be stressful, as they play a somewhat major role in your future. During this time, my mind was constantly worrying about the exams and the pressure was starting to build up. I tried cope with this by preparing as well as possible, in order to tell me self, I got this and the preparation made me feel less stress.
