After reading this article, I started to think about my sleeping habits. To me, sleep has never been a large priority in my life, with all of the homework and other things that I could be doing. I do get an average of around 7 hours of sleep each night, and sometimes getting 8-9 hours of sleep on weekends. I don’t really take naps since I feel that the sleep I get is enough.
