Now, something that I’m also working toward with this journey is consistency. This is because I’ve learnt that with achieving your goals, it’s really difficult to stay where you are. For example, if I achieve my goal of running 4km, I could just call it a day there, and stop running altogether. It would be so easy, right? But then I’ve just stemmed my growth there. That doesn’t improve me as a person. So, in conjunction with this goal that I have to run 4km by the end of this journey, I also want to continue this. I want to continue improving, whether that be in the form of increased kilometres, or in the form of a faster time for the 4km.
