Ham and Cheese Quiche 5th November Posted on November 5, 2017by crawf9423@gapps.uwcsea.edu.sg Today I made shortcrust pastry for a ham and cheese quiche. I used a recipe from the good housekeeping cookbook. Below are some photos. You have to use a fork to prick the bottom of the pastry so that it doesn’t rise and have any air bubbles in it.
