Today I made French toast,
I didn’t have a recipe but here is what I did:
For the mixture I used
- 1 egg
- splash of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
I beat this to incorporate air before soaking some bread in the mixture. I then pan fried this with some butter, for about 3 minutes until it was golden brown.
