After reading all our responses to the 5 questions on our doc, I think that our 3 rules should be:
- Pausing, and listening to everyone’s ideas
- Paying attention to self and others
- Communication is very important
Especially for our group communication since we all have slightly different work styles and we all want everyone to pull their own weight so communicating on which tasks each of us is going to do.
