This academic year…I feel as though everything has happened in a blur. I’m sitting here, thinking back to the first couple months of grade 9 and 10, looking at what a long way I have finally come…the moment we all worked so hard for and looked towards coming….the moment that seemed so distant and now getting closer by each tick of the clock….exams.
Not only have I come all this way on this arduous path and journey academically, but I have battled various inner conflicts such as the art of procrastination, anxiety, etc. I have grown socially, and as a leader.
I have had various successes inside and outside the classroom such as gaining various leadership positions in my extracurriculars, and I am looking forward to continuing with a similar ambitious mindset in grade 11, next year, as I enter IB.
I am particularly excited about the summer as being a very community service-oriented person, I have planned for various passion projects which I hope will come through with the time and effort I am going to be putting in – – Ill update as they happen later on!
