After our first meeting, I would say i’m excited and also nervous about the year to come. We discussed our goals and what to expect in the coming year.
I believe that I bring a good range of skills and qualities to the group. I believe that I am a good compromiser and peacekeeper. I will always try to resolve arguments through compromising and always try to keep the peace. I believe I can be resilient and push through most challenges that come my way. I think I will be a useful asset to the group.
I believe I still have much room to grow. I would consider myself to be a quiet person who doesn’t like to raise there voice. I will need to grow in this area of communication as it is a vital skill to have in the service and out the service.
