This activity required many hours of commitment as I would be attending long hours of rehearsal and even dedicating my weekends to rehearsals. This required me to show my perseverance and resilience as at times I would feel tired or slightly unmotivated, but I would persevere and keep working positively. I maintained my motivation by keeping my mind on the end goal, which was the final show. I kept my mind on this because I knew it would extremely gratifying to know the show was successful and that I was a part of it. My commitment had an impact on the activity because as there was a team of us stage managers, it was important I stayed committed as I couldn’t let down my team. My team of stage managers was a big help in maintaining my commitment as we all helped to keep each other moral up and could rely on one another to overcome any issues.
